This sealer is a Green Compliant, 30% solids, acrylic, non-yellowing sealer. This bio-based material uniquely combines high performance with green attributes and the formula is low odor. It is designed to seal, protect and add attractive gloss to existing surfaces while offering resistance to dirt and attack by air pollutants with excellent UV attributes. GREEN is excellent for our Saltillo Tile, concrete, exposed aggregate concrete, pavers, natural stone, veneer stone, and many other decorative concretes. GREEN will give a satin finish with 1 coat and a “wet look” with 2 or more coats. This sealer can be used exterior and interior.

1 Gallon of GREEN covers 150-200 square feet of unsealed tile AND 250-300 square feet of sealed tile. A light maintenance coat is recommended every 1-2 years.



GREEN is one of our lower cost option sealers and it requires more ongoing maintenance than our Nano sealers.
