For those people who need the ultimate protection of UV and/or Anti-Skid, we recommend our 2K.This sealer is also recommended for commercial, high-traffic, and outdoor areas. 2K is a water-dilutable/dispersible 2-component polyurethane system. Recommended installation is with an airless sprayer. The end result is possibly the most durable sealer that can be applied to Saltillo Tile and other surfaces.

This sealer is formulated to deliver little or NO color enhancement to your base floor. The Abrasion-resistance is 400% better than most floor coatings. UV, heat & chemical resistances are also exceptional! With the UV protector, the surface will not fade in color or yellow in sunlight.

Available finishes include: Gloss, Low Gloss, XTRA Low Gloss, Gloss Anti-Skid, Low Gloss Anti-Skid, and XTRA Low Gloss Anti-Skid. This 2K sealer also has a 10-year life-span when clean properly. We recommend our STSC Cleaning Concentrate.

1 Gallon covers approximately 400 square feet of pre-sealed tile or 300 square feet of unsealed tile. Coloring options are available.
